Account Manager

Permanent, Full-time Salary DOE (£35-40K) | Newbury



This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join a fast growing agency at an exciting time.

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and friendly Account Manager to join our client services team.

The role would suit someone with an interest and experience in the Automotive Industry, however working with and pitching to clients in other industry sectors would be expected.

In terms of marketing management it is a offline/online split, therefore a mix of print management, and website/app/crm system knowledge would be beneficial.

Main duties

Client Servicing

  • Develop and maintain a close and productive relationship with key client contacts, acting with integrity at all times.
  • Identify and deal with problems as they arise, appreciating when it is appropriate to escalate to director level.
  • Identify business growth opportunities with new and existing clients. Formulate and present new business propositions accordingly.
  • Attend, host and present at client meetings, throughout the UK.
  • Provide day to day contact with key client contacts and manage the Account Executive involvement with clients and projects.
  • Ensure client requests are developed into internal briefs using specified Agency documentation and procedures, as appropriate.
  • Front creative briefing meetings with the Client.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client’s business and objectives.

Administration and Financial Management

  • At the beginning of every project ensure accurate quotations are produced and distributed.
  • Monitor ongoing costs throughout each project.
  • Manage the production of accurate and timely invoices, dealing with any billing or financial query as necessary.
  • Monitor profitability of individual jobs and overall accounts.
  • Liaise with the various teams within Bluegrasscoms (marketing, telesales, data & reporting, web & digital development, finance) to ensure deliverables are briefed, understood and executed in a timely manner.

Skills and experience

  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent.
  • Understand and articulate the basics of advertising and marketing.
  • Experience within print and digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Organised, with a keen eye for detail.
  • PC literate.

Sales Development Manager

Job available in 3 different locations
(Swansea, Canterbury, Glasgow)

Working on behalf of a Vehicle Manufacturer.

The candidate will need to have experience in a parts sales environment either factor background, main dealer or vehicle manufacturer and a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.

A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, delivering the highest level of customer service.

You will have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively. Ability to develop Parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within our predetermined territory.

Telesales Executive

Permanent, Full-time | Newbury | Salary: DOE



We are currently looking for a Telesales Executive to join our fast paced and vibrant telesales team!

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role will involve working on behalf of several of our clients making outbound calls promoting offers and services to existing and potential customers. The role includes calling clients and customers to generate new leads and act on existing leads. No two days are the same!

Skills required:

You will need to be an outgoing individual with the ability to speak to new people both face to face and over the phone. As this is a target based role you will need to have a high achievement drive and be self-motivated to hit the targets set. Parts knowledge is desirable but not essential.


Parts Advisors

Permanent, Full-time | Newbury | Salary: DOE



Due to the rapid expansion of Bluegrasscoms and our Industry leading bodyshop tool called Vision we are looking to recruit more staff to continue our growth. We currently provide services to PSA (Peugeot and Citroen) Vauxhall, Renault, Nissan, Ford, FCA Group, TPS, and Suzuki, as well as leading buying groups within the industry We are expanding into the other vehicle manufacturers and would like you on board to help with our expansion.
