Dealer X has an agreement with Body Shop A to act as an authorised repairer, the terms of which require the body shop to buy all genuine parts from the dealer. However, how can the dealer be sure that the body shop is adhering to the terms of the agreement? If questioned, the body shop can state that they are 100 percent loyal, but the dealer has no means of verifying this.
